Thread: how long do you let your muscles rest before you work them out again?

how long practice you lot let your muscles rest before you piece of work them out again?
Just curious guys.
I give them exactly 7 days. So i do biceps/back monday and wait till side by side monday to do them again.
Anyone else do what I do or am I the only i?

Light SKINNED MANDINGO
I deadlift and box squat on mondays, then do the ed coan bench program on tuesdays, front squat on th and light demote on fridays
So i guess y'all could say 3 days

I piece of work each musculus once a week directly. I had a routine where I did them twice a week tho, I had some great results on it

for the near function once a calendar week.Calves,forearms, and abs get hitting twice a week though.

A memory of Lite..
I rotate. I week I hit lower twice a calendar week/next calendar week they go striking once.
Upper monday. Lower Wed. Upper saturday. Then side by side calendar week--
Lower monday. Upper Wed. Lower saturday.
Works for me.

Monday the train over again Tuesday then again Thursday then once again Sat, all the aforementioned muscle groups. (legs, back, shoulders, traps, abs)

about in one case a week, by the time im dorsum to the same muscle grouping and after the a couple rest days off its a week.
everyone allow your damn muscles remainder.

idk why but i but find that pointless and to much piece of work, i would call back your muscles would build quicker if you lot burnt them out a lot more on 1 mean solar day and so allow them rest longer.. but its up to y'all

Trying to go More Musculus
I practise my workouts i guess as the older people at the gym say "OldSkool"
Mon - Legs-abs
Tuesday- Shoulders
Wends- Dorsum
Thurs - Chest
Fri- Arms-absWeekend - Rest
people kept telling me thats the oldskool way , only it suits me skilful =)

Longer for other things that get worked more like shoulders.
